This policy describes how Perentis collects, uses and protects the information you submit through this site.

Introduction and scope
This policy applies to the website operated by Perentis, Inc. (‘Perentis’) and to information you submit through the forms on it. It does not cover the assurance engagements Perentis carries out under contract, which are governed by the agreement in place with the client.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, your organisation, your work email address and the responses you provide in a form. We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. We do not operate analytics or usage tracking on this site, so we do not collect browsing behaviour, device identifiers or location data.
How we use information
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether Perentis is a suitable fit for the work you describe, and to keep an internal record of the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
Sharing of information
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form-handling service acting on our instructions. Beyond that processor, we share your information only where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell information to third parties and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Data retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the retention terms of the engagement agreement apply instead.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled systems, limited to the people at Perentis who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and no analytics service is installed. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to our processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This site is directed at business audiences and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, and the date above records when it last changed. Material changes will be described in the section they affect rather than applied silently.
